Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and global shipping, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect, damage, or wrong item
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Reason for Return
  • Purchase Date

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Your item did not arrive within 60 days from the shipping date (for international orders)


Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or customs
  • Minor differences in color or size due to monitor settings or manufacturing
  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the item


Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order is processed, and we can no longer make changes.
